General Updates
- The University will be closed from December 25, 2025 thru January 4, 2026. Bidding support will not be available during this time.
- Prevailing Wage is now required.
Bid Solicitations
- For questions regarding MSU projects out to bid or bid results, please contact IPF.Bidding@msu.edu.
- To register to receive notifications for projects out to bid, please contact IPF.Bidding@msu.edu.
- The Owner will only receive Bids via the Bid Manager, which requires prior registration and invitation. The Bidder is responsible to familiarize itself with this system and request access in a timely manner. Registration information can be found at https://ipf.msu.edu/construction/partners/prospective-partners. MSU can only assign one email address per company for bidding for all projects.
