Infrastructure Planning and Facilities provides preventative maintenance, project management, design, and construction services for more than 190 general fund buildings on MSU's main campus.

Farm Lane Bridge Reconstruction
Reconstruction of the Farm Lane bridge, a major campus north-south crossing over the Red Cedar River that also carries critical utilities.
Football Complex Renovation and Addition
The project is anticipated to include renovated and new spaces for student athletes for wellness and recovery, student activities, improved strength and conditioning, and locker rooms; operational improvements including added equipment rooms and storage space, and a new marquee entry to the south of the building.
Greenhouses Renovation and Additions
Supporting plant sciences research by modernization and expansion of the greenhouses through renovations, replacement and additions.
Health Education Building
Main Library-Special Collections-Renovate Third Floor and HVAC Updates
The project comprises renovations to the third-floor of the Library to better accommodate special collections.
MSU Museum Infrastructure Improvements
Installation of necessary HVAC and environmental controls to address accreditation issues associated with standards for collections stewardship, storage and exhibition space conditions.
Multicultural Center
The Multicultural Center is being planned to provide cultural education opportunities for all and produce an increase in retention and graduation rates at the university.
