Infrastructure Planning and Facilities provides preventative maintenance, project management, design, and construction services for more than 190 general fund buildings on MSU's main campus.

Outdoor Tennis Courts and Support Building
The project will establish a new tennis building to house team locker rooms, nutrition, lounge space, coaches' offices, replacement of outdoor tennis courts, and improve spectator experience.

The Spartan Gateway District project is a transformational initiative to develop approximately 14 acres on the northeast corner of South Harrison Road and Trowbridge Road.

Spartan Stadium Renovations to University Advancement: 2nd and 3rd Floors

Spartan Stadium Renovations to West 4th, 7th and 8th floors
Updates to the spaces will enhance outdated technology, provide modern ADA-compliant restroom facilities, and include updates to seating, flooring and concessions.

Spartan Stadium Scoreboard Renovations
The videoboards at Spartan Stadium are critical to gameday operations and are a primary revenue generator for corporate sponsorships. This project replaces the existing videoboards which were installed in 2011 and are two years beyond their anticipated life cycle.

Student Recreation and Wellness Center
Construction of a new recreation center to replace IM West with a modern structure and facilities that address student recreation and wellness needs.

TB Simon Power Plant- Install Reverse Osmosis
